No musical experience is necessary. The group provides a safe space for people to share problems and difficulties without the need to talk. The group also promotes creativity, well being, self expression and a sense of belonging through the music created.

The group provides a friendly environment for people to come along, have a chat, get involved in activities if they want to and so help prevent social isolation
